Continue using our products even if we aren't around.
We recognize that our products can form a vital part of your organization’s technical infrastructure. The majority of our products require the use of Novak Solutions servers. This makes it easy for us to control licensing, provide security updates and product enhancements, and lower development costs by using a common platform. It also allows us to quickly increase the resources dedicated to your products if your business experiences an unexpected increase in usage or a growth spurt.
But what happens if Novak Solutions is no longer available to service these products? Our future looks bright, but continuity in a SaaS product is a valid concern. To mitigate this problem, we offer a Protection Plan. For an additional 15% charge in monthly subscription fees, we will provide a cloud server image with full product source code in the event that Novak Solutions is unable to provide service for your products.

Will I receive a license to use the product?
Yes. In the event that Novak Solutions is unable to service your product, you or your organization will receive one royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt the product source code.
Can I add or cancel my Protection Plan later?
Yes, you can add or cancel your Protection Plan at anytime. We do not prorate the first month. Refunds will not be given for partial months.
Will I receive source code?
Yes. In the event that Novak Solutions is unable to service your product, you will receive the full and unencrypted source code for your product. Most of our products are written in PHP and are designed to run in a LAMP environment.
Will I receive my existing data?
Yes. Your cloud server image will include all of your existing data, settings, and configuration options.
How do I use the cloud server image?
Full step-by-step instructions will be provided for using your cloud server image on the Amazon EC2 platform. You will be responsible for all cloud server fees, and will need to run your cloud server image in your own AWS account.
